Ortho Wedge

A nearly finished orthotic in blocker form. This material is sized and pre-skived for immediate heat molding or vacuum forming. The Ortho Wedge can be made  from any sheet foam. Blockers are 14" in length to accommodate most insole sizes.

Custom sizes can be requested; converting services are available.

Reduction is one of the many services we offer. Our objective is to save you time by milling for you. We can prepare orthotic insoles all the way through completion if you so choose. Pair foams, choose top covers, and leave the rest of the work to us.
