At MatPLUS we are not just a distributor of orthoses materials but also a foam manufacturing services provider. Our manufacturing department offers a variety of converting and preparation possibilities to create and customize your materials into workable and usable forms. Unaltered materials are often unwieldy in size and shape, creating a variety of challenges. We can help. Our 60,000-square-foot facility houses several state-of-the-art machining and CAD equipment. Our goal is to save you time, reduce your costs, maximize your storage space, and minimize costly material waste.
We offer made-to-order materials to our customers in convenient formats, including laminates, blanks, wedges, and blockers.
We even manufacture ready-to-wear insoles for pedorthic professionals and resellers.
ADVANCED FOAMS
MP Foam™️ materials are widely used in orthotics and prosthetics and a variety of medical and health care applications. These foams are unique as they are latex-free, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and gentle on the skin. They are consistent and have little in-built stress and short distortion during conversion, making them excellent to process and fabricate. Additionally, they are suitable for thermoforming by compression or vacuum molding. MP Foams™ are versatile and can be split, cut, laminated, and molded to form.
