Urethane
MP Urethane is simply the best shock absorbing orthosis material available. Our urethane foams come in slow-rebound and high-rebound. Slow-rebound urethane acts like memory foam and is used to cushion delicate foot tissues. High-rebound urethane is a rapid responsive foam for shock absorption. We convert Urethane foams on site, splitting the non-porous “skin” from our polyurethanes. Abraded surfaces are much more effective when bonding and pairing with other material foam and textile materials. Bare urethanes can be covered with any of our textile fabrics, leathers, or suedes. For added durability, MP Blue and MP Slow can be bonded to any of our available foam materials.
