MP Wedge

Our wedges are ready made pre-skived mill blanks. We remove unneeded material so you won't have to. The result is a blank approximating the thickness of the finished orthosis with thicker areas for arch support and heel cup.

Standard lengths: 13–15 in. long wedges accommodate most insole sizes.

Efficient widths: Mill one pair of insoles or many. Wider materials fit volume milling machines.
