MatPLUS Customer Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our materials and products. If a material or product is defective, please contact MatPLUS Customer Services for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Items returned without an RGA will be refused. When the defective item is received, we will inspect the item(s) and if found defective, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price in the original form of payment.
This guarantee does not apply to adjustments incidental to the wearing of an item, adjustments due to physical changes of the wearer, misuse of a product, or products that have been altered by anyone other than MatPLUS.
