Returned items without an RGA will be refused. When the defective item is received we will replace it or refund the original form of payment within 15 business days. Unless defective, returned stock materials and/or insoles may be subject to a 20% or $5 restocking fee per pair, whichever is amount is greater. Sales of custom materials such as custom cut or fabricated materials and products, including private labeled products are final and non-returnable unless defective. Materials or products on invoice for longer than 30 days are non- returnable unless defective.
