A: Contact us by phone or email and we will happily send a sample booklet free of charge to ensure you’re getting the material that fits your needs best.
Q: Do you offer products or services not listed on your website?
A: Yes, we are constantly adding to our offerings and can generally find a solution to accomplish our customers goals.
Q: Are your materials closed cell?
A: The majority of our medical grade foams are closed cell. They are designed for contact to the skin and will not absorb sweat and bacteria.
Q: How do I utilize your services such as custom cutting and laminating?
A: Contact us and we can tailor our converting services to reduce labor time, save you money, and/or create the products you have been looking for!
Q: Are your products in stock?
A: We inventory more foams than any company in our industry. With 80,000 square foot of inventory and a slew of converting equipment, rest assured you can rely on MatPLUS as a dependable resource for your operation.
Q: What are your lead times?
A: Stock Items will generally ship in one business day. Custom laminates and/or custom cut materials generally ship in two to four business days. Please let us know if you are in urgent need or require expedited shipping and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Contact us by phone or email and a representative can help make your order process quick and simple. Let a representative know if you have a preferred ordering method and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
Q: Can I have an order rushed if I need something urgently?
A: Contact us by phone and we can give you expedited shipping options and let you know exactly when your order will arrive.
Q: Do you offer billing terms?
A: Yes, with a completed credit application and approval, we can extend net 30 billing terms.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes, we offer discounted expedited shipping to ensure you have what you need at all times.
Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: Our default carrier is FedEx. UPS, USPS, & LTL are also options. We always do our research to ensure we get the best shipping rates for our customers.
Q: What shipping costs should I expect?
A: Shipping costs can vary dramatically based on the items ordered. However, for our typical orders the shipping cost ranges from 8% to 15% of the cost of goods.
Q: Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
A: Yes, we stand behind our products and will always take care of any issues promptly and completely.

Q: Do I need an RA number ?
