As a company and safe workplace, we've taken various measures to to protect against the spread of COVID-19 (Corona-virus) and ensure you that we're 100% operational. Our essential leadership members have strategically and cautiously developed methods to ensure there are no impacts to our inventories and all orders are fulfilled in regular time frames.

A majority of these businesses provide products, services and materials to customers including: clinics, hospitals, first responders, military and others who are working to serve and keep the public safe, providing essential civil services. Small businesses need support now more than ever due to the devastating impact that COVID-19 is having on our economy, communities and business partners. Dear Valued MatPLUS Customers,

 

Due to the global Covid-19 pandemic this last 32 months and counting has been difficult for us all, in one way or another. Although we are starting to see raw material manufacturing improvements, we are logistically tied into some of the unavoidable global commerce bottleneck.

 

However, when the Corona-virus pandemic arrived, MatPLUS’s leadership teams pro-actively began preparing for this shortage by aggressively expanding our inventory position on our raw materials- with the goal of shielding our customers from expanding lead times and excessive price increases. To further ensure we could support existing customers, we suspended new customer orders to protect our fulfillment commitments to you and your success – our team intuited that this pandemic could extend well into 2021.

 

MatPLUS is pleased to inform its customers, distributors, and partners that all departments are operating at 100%, we are strong on all inventory with substantial and ongoing weekly replenishments in transit.

 

We remain confident in the power of our people and of our collective ability to come out of this difficult time stronger. Please know that the entire MatPLUS organization is doing our part and are here to serve when and where needed.
